SGT – Sustainable Global Technologies Programme combines engineering, architecture, design and business to contribute to sustainable development. Each year, students take part in real-life projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America to study the diverse connections between sustainability, technology, cultural and societal challenges.

SGT Programme

Go Global! SGT Programme is an interdisciplinary educational programme at the School of Engineering in Aalto. The aim is to emphasize the role of sustainability and technology in development.

SGT Courses

Join in! SGT Programme offers three optional courses each academic year totaling 17 study credits (ECTS) including SGT Studio course with real-life challenges in different parts of the world.
