It’s time to apply to SGT Studio course 2021!
Call for Applications – DL 2 NOV, midnight
WAT-E2070 Sustainable Global Technologies (SGT) Studio (10 cr)

Do you want to work on development projects in Africa, Asia, or Latin America? Aalto SGT Studio organizes four challenge-based student projects in the spring term of 2021 in Bhutan, Mexico, and Tanzania. Find out more and apply by 2 November!

Cases are:
#1 Bhutan #2 Mexico #3 Tanzania
Note! There are no field trips to the sites. All working will be remotely in close communication with local students or other counterparts. The aim is to continue the work started in previous years (Bhutan & Mexico) and establish a new partnership (UNHCR/Tanzania).

How to apply?

Look through case background materials and look for more.

Register in weboodi – only after that you are able to see all content and submit applications.

Submit:

  • Motivation letter
  • CV
  • Study transcript

Prepare your application documents carefully and submit them by 2nd November 2020 to Mycourses.

Please note the pre-requisite courses.

All Master’s and PhD students from Aalto are eligible to apply. Through JOO-agreement also students from other Finnish universities can apply. Note that some background studies or experience in development is highly recommended.

We are selecting 4-6 students with multi-disciplinary background in each team depending on the number of applications.
